I first came to Ryan Blade from Northern Roots about two years ago. I had just gotten a haircut from another shop that was quite poorly done…and I had a graduation the following day. Ryan not only stayed late and let me come in the shop last minute but also gave me one of the best fades I’ve ever had. His attention to detail and passion for being a barber really shine through with how well his haircuts turn out. If you’re looking for one of the best fades around and someone who truly cares about his work, I 10/10 recommend Ryan!!

Brought my 7 year old for a haircut. Jenn was fantastic. The haircut was excellent and she was great with him. Also, we were able to book this appointment the day before. We will definitely be coming back. Came back and we had Ryan this time. 1 h 45 min for my 7 year old to get his hair cut... too long for a child.

Been going to Northern Roots for a couple years now. Ryan is an excellent barber! Very professional and takes his time to get you right and “put you back in the game” as he would say. After being disappointed with some other shops going around from shop to shop not feeling like I was not getting what I was looking for I can defiantly say Northern Roots is where it’s at. Defiantly recommend the team at Northern and prices are very fair as well!
